Job Responsibility
- Handle and follow up on overseas inquiries and existing clients.
- Support Manager in identifying sales opportunities and promoting products.
- Coordinate with internal teams on product matters and project follow-ups.
- Understand customer needs, provide product info, and handle feedback or complaints.
- Prepare quotations, reports, and customer presentations.
- Attend trade shows, meetings, and conferences.
- Assist in ensuring timely order fulfillment, including payment, licenses, and contracts.
- Monitor order status with planning to ensure on-time delivery.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Sales Manager.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Marketing, or a related field.

- Proficiency in English and Mandarin, both written and spoken, to effectively communicate with international clients and partners.
- Strong understanding of export sales processes, international trade regulations, and documentation.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer relationship management skills to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Ability to conduct market analysis and identify potential export opportunities for nitrile butadiene rubber (NBR) foam products.
- Demonstrated negotiation skills to secure favorable terms and agreements with international customers.
- Willingness to be based onsite in Klang, Malaysia, and to travel internationally as required.
- Basic knowledge of nitrile butadiene rubber (NBR) foam products and their applications is a plus.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow in the field of export sales.
