Requirement
  • Proven experience as an Export Marketing/Sales Executive or similar role in managing client database and business conversion with at least 3 years of experience.
  • Understanding of various social media platforms and relevant management tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are vital.
  • Awareness in utilize AI relates software to enhance and improve efficiency in developer and engage with potential clients.
  • Familiarity with social media analytics to measure the effectiveness of awareness, engagement and conversion efforts.
  • Stay-up-date in knowledge of related furniture industry trends to effectively communicate with and engage the target audience.
  • Ideas in creating visually appealing content, such as images and videos, to showcase furniture products and inspire the audience.
  • Willingness for overseas travel for trade or training purposes.
Responsibility
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive engagement strategy to grow and nurture our brand image to clients in database.
  • Monitor and respond to comments, questions and message across social media channels, emails and trade platforms.
  • Analyse client insights and feedback to provide actionable recommendations for product improvements and marketing strategies.
  • Implement initiatives to attract new clients and ensure they feel welcomed and engaged.
  • Share compelling and relevant content with clients, including posts, articles, and other engaging materials, coordinate content calendars and ensure consistency in messaging.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, social media advancements, and trade platform management best practices to continuously improve engagement efforts.
