Job summary

A leading chemical company in Malaysia is seeking an Export Logistic Customer Service Executive to manage daily export shipments and ensure smooth operations. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience with Letters of Credit and hold a diploma or degree in a relevant field. Proficiency in Mandarin and English is essential for serving Mandarin-speaking customers. This role requires coordination with various departments to ensure on-time deliveries while managing customer inquiries and payments.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 to 3 years working experience with LC, Letter of Credit (is a must).
  • Possess at least diploma or bachelor degree in relevant field.
  • Possess basic logistic knowledge is preferable.
  • Good command of both oral & written in English and Mandarin (is a must).

Responsibilities

  • Handle daily operation tasks for export shipments.
  • Preparation of shipping documents & sample arrangement.
  • Monitor shipment status and provide timely updates to customers.
  • Work closely with customers & suppliers/forwarder for operation planning.
  • Attend customer orders, enquiries and complaints.
  • Manage payment from customers.
  • Coordinate with various departments for timely delivery.
  • Responsible for team performance on order execution.

  • Responsible for team performance on timely and accurate execution of orders and ensure on time in full deliveries according to agreed term of sales
