Experienced Associate - Strategic Marketing


We are seeking a highly motivated and curious Strategic Marketing Associate to join our dynamic Strategic Marketing team.

This is a foundational, fast-paced generalist role designed for a professional eager to build a comprehensive career in marketing. You will work closely with senior team members to support initiatives across the full spectrum of marketing—from brand, event management, communications and public relations to market insights, content creation and marketing strategy.

What you’ll do

We value an associate who can jump in and contribute to various initiatives. Your responsibilities will be bucketed across three core pillars:

1. Research & Market Insights

  • Conduct analysis andprepare briefing decks on market/economic/policy trends & updates
  • Support the continuous updating of our intelligence hub, focusing on market and competitor insights

2. Brand, content creation and communications

  • Support content creation for a variety of channels, including internal and external communications, podcasts, emails, presentations, blogs, web landing pages, and thought leadership
  • Implement and uphold the firm's brand guidelines across all marketing and communications collateral for our lines of service
  • Assist in preparing and presenting communications for executive leadership

3. Events and cross-functional project support

  • Supportthe planning, logistics, and execution of internal and external marketing events and innovation projects.
  • Act as a key liaison, working closely with various departments to align marketing efforts and drive strategic initiatives

Candidate attributes and mindset

We are looking for an individual who embodies the characteristics necessary for success in a generalist marketing role:

  • An agile and highly curious self-starter, eager to absorb new information and pivot between different functional areas (research, content, events). This includes the willingness and aptitude to learn and utilise specialised financial and economic intelligence platforms for market research and data analysis
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen ability to articulate complex analytical insights into clear, compelling, and actionable content
  • Eagle-eyed attention to detail, a proven ability to manage time effectively across multiple projects whilst ensuring the accuracy of data and quality of deliverables
  • 1 - 2 years of relevant experience in research, marketing, communications, or a related business field. Recent graduates with strong internship experience are strongly encouraged to apply
  • Bachelor’s degree in a field requiring strong analytical and quantitative comfort, such as Economics, Finance, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Demonstrable experience of marketing evidenced through relevant academic projects or work experience (e.g., via internships, or through self-led initiatives like designing and managing your own social/content channel)
