Job summary

A leading trade marketing company in Malaysia seeks a Trade Marketing Executive to support and execute promotional activities within pharmacy channels and key accounts. You will track performance, manage budgets, and coordinate promotional activities. The ideal candidate has 3–4 years of relevant experience, possesses strong communication and Microsoft Office skills, and holds a Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Qualifications

Responsibilities
  • Support and assist in implementing trade marketing and promotional activities with pharmacy channels – Local Chain & Independent Pharmacy and International Key Accounts.
  • Assist in deploying trade activation plans, executions and promotional activities.
  • Track trade activity performance: contracts, speed-to-market, trade execution, actual trade spend against budgets, etc.
  • Coordinate, plan, compile and analyze promotional activities for nationwide and sales branches.
  • Monitor and compile all displays & POSM photos, sales reports and derive post‑promotion/event results such as launch campaigns, shopper programs, consumer rebates/redemptions, display campaigns, etc.
  • Manage day‑to‑day trade activities operating expenditure against operating budgets to ensure efficient resource usage.
  • Evaluate promotion campaigns by running reports on trade execution progress and performance.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders and external clients to ensure smooth execution of trade marketing plans.
  • Handle purchase requisition / purchase order / goods received raises and invoice submissions to finance for payment processing.
  • Manage and control inventory/stock holding.
  • Support maintenance of customer databases.
  • Assist with day‑to‑day administrative work of the trade marketing team.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 3–4 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, including V‑lookup and PivotTable functions.
Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Supply Chain or related field.
