Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies.

Define and track key social media KPIs.

Manage and oversee social media content across platforms.

Measure and analyse the performance of all social media campaigns.

Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, best practices, and tools.

Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, and Business Unit teams.

Engage and communicate with industry professionals and influencers to build a strong network.

Provide constructive feedback to improve content and performance.

Qualifications

Proven work experience as a Social Media Executive or in a similar role; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, XiaoHongShu (XHS), and other social media platforms and best practices.

Familiarity with mobile video editing; advanced skills in tools such as CapCut and Canva are an advantage.

Strong multitasking and time management skills.

Multilingual proficiency in English, and Bahasa Malaysia (proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage).

Confident on camera and willing to appear as on-screen talent when required.

Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
