Job summary

A leading recruitment firm in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an Executive Service Consultant to manage customer inquiries and provide support to policyholders. The ideal candidate should excel in communication, have customer service experience, and be able to work under pressure. Responsibilities include handling calls, raising service requests, and ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction. Candidates with a minimum of SPM qualifications and a positive attitude are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in a Call Centre or Customer Service role is preferred.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (training will be provided).

Responsibilities

  • Handle enquiries, requests, feedback, and complaints via telephone.
  • Raise service requests and escalate complex cases to Tier 2 when required.
  • Follow up to ensure timely and effective resolution.
  • Provide accurate product information and guidance to policyholders, agents, PFA, CSE, and intermediaries.
  • Work closely with internal teams to deliver excellent customer service.

Skills

Excellent communication skills in English
Good in calculation
Strong problem-solving and listening skills
Computer literate (Microsoft Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
Positive attitude and patience
Ability to handle challenging customer interactions
Ability to work under pressure

Education

SPM result – Minimum Grade ‘A’ in English / Mathematics / Additional Mathematics / Accounting
