Executive / Senior Executive, Technology
Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
- Configure and maintain POS menus, discounts and promotions.
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely resolution of issues reported by stores, including POS, network and other IT‑related matters.
- Monitor, track, and follow up on all pending issues to ensure closure within agreed timelines.
- Support and coordinate the resolution of mobile app related issues.
- Liaise with developers for bug fixing, updates, and feature requests.
- Monitor app performance and provide feedback to improve stability and usability.
- Manage hardware assets including PCs, laptops, printers, POS terminals, tablets, routers, etc.
- Participate in IT‑related projects, including new outlet setup, system upgrades and digitalization initiatives.
- Coordinate with cross‑functional teams and vendors for project execution.
- Perform other ad‑hoc duties when required.
Requirements
- Preferably a Diploma/Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- 0‑5 years of IT experience (depending on level), preferably in retail or F&B. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Having an understanding of POS systems workflow is an advantage.
- Networking (TCP/IP, VPN, Wi‑Fi, routers/switches) is an advantage.
- Good communication and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
- Willing to travel to outlets when required.
