Executive/Senior Executive, SAP FICO Functional Support

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Executive/Senior Executive, SAP FICO Functional to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to be actively involved in both project and operational support, working closely with cross‑functional teams and business stakeholders.

About the Role

Participate in SAP‑related projects, change requests, and day‑to‑day support tasks. Engage with business stakeholders, key users, and end users to define and optimize FICO processes and solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) – As‑Is gap analysis, To‑Be solution design, Configuration and customization, Testing and user training, Go‑Live and post‑implementation support
• Prepare and maintain documentation – functional/technical specs, business blueprints, testing scripts, user manuals
• Provide daily operational support for the FICO module
• Support system integrations related to FICO functions
• Collaborate with cross‑functional SAP teams (SD, MM, PP, etc.) and external systems to ensure end‑to‑end seamless integration

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields
• Minimum 3 years’ hands‑on SAP FICO experience preferred, but candidates with relevant skills are welcome to apply
• Strong understanding of FICO components – General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Asset & Bank Accounting, Cost Center, Profit Center, Internal Orders, Product Costing, Profitability Analysis
• Proven experience in FICO module customization and configuration
• Familiar with end‑user environments and stakeholder engagement
• Experience in integrating SAP with third‑party systems (e‑Invoicing, Host‑to‑Host Banking)
• Basic understanding of ABAP or SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) is an added advantage
• SAP FICO certification is a plus
