Executive / Senior Executive, Project Planning

Examine architectural drawings in conjunction with structural, M&E, and other relevant disciplines, and convert them into 3D models for clash detection and coordination.

Participate in design coordination meetings to gain a deeper understanding of design concepts and consistently review detailed submissions from the consulting team.

Liaise and follow up with authorities, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure smooth management of design, engineering, construction, approvals, and operational aspects throughout the project.

Facilitate timely approvals from local authorities to maintain project progress and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Understand the requirements of both internal and external clients, identifying any factors that may affect the accuracy or effectiveness of design details.

Transform design concepts and intentions into actionable technical plans.

Detect and resolve, or support in resolving, technical and design challenges across the project’s various functional areas.

Explore opportunities to enhance quality, optimize costs, and implement value engineering through detailed design improvements.

Ensure consistency and high standards in the quality of all design deliverables.

Apply creative and innovative approaches when developing conceptual designs for new project parcels.

Perform additional duties or special tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Architecture; fresh graduates may apply, with 3 years’ related experience as an added advantage.

Communicate well in English, BM, Mandarin will be an added advantage.

Strong architectural passion, visual acuity, attention to detail, and familiarity with design standards in property development.

Proficient in 2D/3D modeling software including but not limited to AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Photoshop, with basic MS Office capability.

Demonstrated communication strength, cross-functional collaboration, and ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.

Creative and analytical mindset with cost awareness, results orientation, multitasking capability, and strong learning agility.
