Job summary

A leading development company in Klang City is looking for an Executive/Senior Executive in Human Resources to oversee recruitment, employee relations, and training. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, at least 2 years of experience, and be proficient in MS Office. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, a good command of Malay and English, and a positive working attitude. Working hours are Monday to Friday with alternate Saturdays.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in HR hiring or recruitment-related roles.
  • High level of ethics and professionalism in managing company and employees’ personal data.
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for attracting, interviewing, and hiring new staff.
  • Manage employee relations and ensure a positive workplace culture.
  • Involved in onboarding and providing ongoing training for employees.
  • Support payroll, statutory, and benefits administration.
  • Develop and implement HR policies to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Evaluate employee performance and implement engagement strategies.

Executive/ Senior Executive Human Resource
Responsibilities
  • Recruitment and Hiring: HR professionals are responsible for attracting, interviewing, and hiring new staff. This includes developing job descriptions, posting job ads, and conducting interviews.
  • Employee Relations: They manage employee relations by addressing employee concerns, facilitating conflict resolution, and ensuring a positive workplace culture.
  • Training and Development: HR is involved in onboarding new employees and providing ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance employee skills and performance.
  • Benefits Administration: HR professionals support payroll, statutory and benefits administration and oversee employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks, ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Policy Development and Compliance: They develop and implement HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, maintaining a fair and equitable workplace.
  • Performance Management: HR is responsible for evaluating employee performance, conducting performance reviews, and implementing strategies to improve employee engagement and retention.
Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree in Human Re or equivalent.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in HR Hiring or recruitment-related roles.

  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday from 9.00am to 6.00pm, Alternate Saturdays from 9.00am to 2.30pm
