Responsibilities
- To answer and follow up customer phone calls and emails, responding to customers’ queries and concerns pertaining to Due Diligence related matters.
- To assist Unit Head and above on operation planning, handling calling activities and complaint, administration and any operation related matter.
- To provide professional customer support and excellent customer service.
- To manage customer accounts / calling activities set by Management on daily / monthly / yearly basis.
- To call customer to obtain latest customer information (i.e. address), perform verification and update in system accordingly.
- To communicate with various departments for customer profile maintenance, resolve customers’ queries and problem.
- To handle Inbound or outbound calls efficiently, courteously and professionally.
- To report staff performance on daily / weekly / monthly basis, prepare Due Diligence report and highlight exception cases.
- To adhere with company’s internal policies and guidelines as well as BNM and any regulatory requirements.
- To conduct UAT and perform any ad-hoc task / matters assign by Management.
Qualifications
- SPM or Diploma or Degree holder or professional qualification in relevant disciplines.
- Minimum 2 to 3 years working experience in collection in general or any related field.
- Relevant exposures and knowledge of credit management or operations of banking / financial institutions is preferred.
Knowledges, Skills and Abilities required
- Good PC skills and proficient in MS Office applications.
- Good negotiation, communication and writing skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Excellent planning and execution, time management and ability make decision in critical situation.
- High team spirit and ability make decisions in critical situation and resolve customer issue in timely manner.
- Able to support, work under pressure, handle operation with minimum supervision and manage stress.
- Knowledge of collection, Malaysia Law, Bank Negara collection related guidelines and banking / financial institutions operation.
