Job summary

A recruitment firm is seeking a Secretary / Personal Assistant based in Petaling Jaya. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of relevant experience, excellent English and Mandarin skills, and a proven track record in managing VIP clients. Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of Secretary / Personal Assistant experience from any industry.
  • Proven experience handling VIP clients and maintaining professional discretion.
  • Willing to travel locally and internationally.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Handle all secretarial duties, including preparing correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Manage the chairman's calendar and organize appointments.

Education

Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or related field
