Job description
Responsibilities
  • Customer & Sales Support: Respond to sales team/customer inquiries, provide logistics solutions, process orders, track shipments, manage client data, and follow up on quotes/deliveries.
  • Coordination: Act as liaison between sales, operations, and external partners (carriers, agents) for smooth execution.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Prepare quotes, commercial docs (contracts), job instructions, cost summaries, and sales reports.
  • Problem Solving: Handle customer complaints, escalations, and resolve delivery/service issues promptly.
  • Data Management: Maintain sales databases, update tariffs, monitor metrics, and ensure data accuracy.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience: Customer service or sales support in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain.
  • Communication: Fluent in English and Mandarin, with experience liaising with customers in China.
  • Attention to Detail: High accuracy in data entry, quoting, and tracking.
  • Organization: Ability to manage multiple tasks, workloads, and meet deadlines.
  • Technical: Proficiency with CRM, ticketing systems, tariff tools, and MS Office.
