Facilities Services at Sunway Education Group welcomes interested candidates to submit their resume for the above stated vacancy with the following job specifications:

Responsibilities
  • Support campus improvement and renovation projects, including feasibility studies and scheduling.
  • Assist in design coordination, consultant engagement, and authority approvals.
  • Review design drawings for value engineering and maintenance practicality.
  • Draft small‑scale project drawings using AutoCAD and prepare Bills of Quantities (BQ).
  • Coordinate tender briefings, interviews, and ensure project timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
  • Liaise with stakeholders for site coordination and safety compliance.
  • Monitor variation orders, contractual matters, and Defect Liability Period.
  • Handle project documentation, meeting coordination, and minutes writing.
  • Support procurement and asset management for renovation‑related purchases.
  • Assist with on‑campus maintenance troubleshooting.
Requirements
  • Candidate must possess a Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering and/or relevant technical competencies and experience.
  • Prior working experience in Facilities Management would be an added advantage.
  • Strong organisational and time‑management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills. Multilingual language competency (verbal and written) will be an added advantage.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise work effectively in a dynamic environment.
