Job description

We are seeking for a proactive project executive to support and monitor assigned projects through their full lifecycle, ensuring effective time, cost, quality, environmental, safety, and health outcomes. This role works closely with consultants, contractors, and authorities to coordinate activities, secure approvals, maintain proper project documentation, and address risks and opportunities for successful delivery.

Your Key Accountabilities:

• Support project management activities, and monitor progress of assigned construction projects throughout the entire construction project lifecycle to achieve effective time, cost and quality.
• Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders involved in the construction projects i.e. consultants, contractors, government officials, etc.
• Coordinate with relevant consultants to resolve all technical issues.
• Maintain proper records of the assigned construction projects including construction permits, contracts, site inspections, technical drawings, etc.

What We're Looking For:

• Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Science or equivalent.
• At least 1 to 3 years of experience in project/construction management/consultancy, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
