Role Purpose Support the delivery of products and features that meet market needs and company objectives. Achieve this by collaborating with team members to create detailed product specifications, and managing the product roadmap to meet key milestones.

In this role you will

• Support the product strategy by overseeing a product from conception to launch, ensuring they meet user needs and business goals.
• Collaborate with senior product managers, product designers and engineers to ensure that product solutions are feasible and aligned with technical constraints, leading to successful implementation.
• Participate in product reviews and feedback sessions to iterate on product solutions based on input from peers and stakeholders, improving the final product.
• Assist in conducting user research and gathering feedback to inform product decisions for product improvements.
• Ensure adherence to the compliance of company policies, industry regulations and legal requirements.
• General Responsibilities: All employees are required to ensure adherence to the compliance of company policies, industry regulations and legal requirements. All employees are expected to assist with tasks, projects, and other duties related to the role, as and when deemed necessary.

• 2+ years of experience in product management, with a strong focus on overseeing a product from conception to launch.
• Proficient with product management principles.
• Proficient with Jira.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; OR
• Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
