About the Role
We are seeking a sharp, organised, and proactive Executive Personal Assistant to work closely with the Founder across multiple business ventures, lifestyle projects, partnerships, and personal matters.
This role is fast-paced, hands‑on, and ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment. You'll be the Founder's right hand – managing priorities, coordinating across teams and partners, and ensuring everything runs seamlessly behind the scenes.

Requirements
- Education Background – At least High School / SPM.
- Language Proficiency – English (professional level) – required; Mandarin (professional level) – required; Bahasa Malaysia – preferred.
- Core Skills
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
- High level of discretion, reliability, and professionalism.
- Tech‑savvy (Google Workspace, WhatsApp Web, Canva, scheduling tools).
- Ability to prioritise, multitask, and stay calm under pressure.
- Proactive problem‑solving and ability to anticipate needs.
- Strong interpersonal intelligence and polished presentation.
- Ability to adapt quickly in fast‑paced environments.
- A positive attitude, strong sense of responsibility, and eagerness to learn.
- Preferred (Not Required)
- Experience as a PA, Executive Assistant, or in operations/admin/marketing.
- Basic financial literacy (expenses, reimbursements, petty cash).
- Willingness to travel for events and business engagements.
Responsibilities
Executive & Operational Support
- Manage the Founder's schedule, meetings, and travel plans.
- Handle calls, emails, messages, and confidential correspondence with professionalism.
- Prepare documents, presentations, and concise summaries when needed.
- Track ongoing tasks, deadlines, and ensure timely follow‑through.
- Anticipate the Founder's needs and resolve issues proactively.
Project & Business Coordination
- Assist in coordinating projects across various businesses and initiatives.
- Liaise with internal teams, vendors, partners, and collaborators.
- Support brand partnerships, events, and activations.
- Maintain clear communication across all parties to ensure smooth execution.
Lifestyle & Personal Management
- Handle personal appointments, errands, and reservations.
- Assist with travel, hospitality, and lifestyle arrangements.
- Manage logistics for both professional and personal commitments.
Social Media & Brand Assistance
- Support the Founder in coordinating content, scheduling posts, and communicating with the internal social media team.
- Assist with event coverage and ensure brand consistency when needed.
Front‑Row Access to Key Events
- VIP events, launches, private dinners, industry conferences, important meetings.
- Networking with industry leaders – regular interaction with CEOs, investors, politicians, celebrities, founders, and global brand partners.
