Job summary

A management company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Personal Assistant to support the Director in daily operations, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and organising travel arrangements. The ideal candidate will possess a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and have at least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role. Strong organisational and communication skills are essential. This office-based position may require occasional travel and the ability to work beyond normal hours.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications or equivalent.
  • Professional certifications in administration or secretarial work are an advantage.
  • At least 2–3 years of working experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily schedules, appointments, and calendar updates.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes.
