Job summary

A leading restaurant chain in Kuala Lumpur is looking for a Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive executive support. This role involves managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence. Candidates should have at least one year of relevant experience and possess a Bachelor's degree. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Mandarin is required. The successful candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year’s experience working as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially advanced Excel/PowerPoint skills is a plus.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver comprehensive executive support including scheduling, meetings, and travel.
  • Prepare meeting agendas and record minutes.
  • Organize and maintain filing systems for documents.
  • Manage correspondence on behalf of the manager.
  • Draft, edit, and review reports and presentations.
