About the Company: Our client is a dynamic and fast-growing company in IT industry. We are seeking an experienced, high-level Executive Personal Assistant to support our director in a fast-paced and matrix environment.

Job Description: As an Executive Personal Assistant, you will be working closely with the director and be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of their daily activities. This role demands exceptional organisational skills, adaptability, and discretion in a variety of situations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the director, managing schedules, appointments, and correspondence.
  • Organise and prioritise tasks and deliverables, ensuring all deadlines are met.
  • Act as a liaison between the director and other executives, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation, for both domestic and international trips.
  • Attend company/client dinner appointments and meetings with the director, including some evening and weekend engagements.
  • Manage and maintain confidential information with the utmost discretion.

A 5-day workweek is standard; however, evening and weekend work may occasionally be required for company/client dinners or events.
