Job description

Conduct background research and prepare briefings for meetings

Draft communications, presentations, or reports for the CEO

Support the Group CEO in preparing for board or investor interactions

Project Management

Manage special cross-functional projects on behalf of the Group CEO

Track progress on key initiatives, surface issues, and ensure deadlines are met

Coordinate with senior leaders to move priorities forward

Operational Support

Help structure the Group CEO’s workflows, priorities, and information flow

Assist with meeting prep, agenda-setting, and follow-ups

Handle one-time requests or “high-importance, low-clear direction” tasks

Stakeholder Management

Interact with internal teams, partners, and sometimes external stakeholders

Serve as a point-of-contact when the Group CEO delegates operational tasks

Undertake additional responsibilities as reasonably required to support the objectives of the role.

Job Requirement

Minimum 5 Years experience in Hospital Operation

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration / Finance or other relevant area of study

Strong Business Acumen & project management expertise in cross functional team setting

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
