Job description
Responsibilities
  • Assisting HOS in producing visual communications that inspire, inform, and promote all hospital and marketing materials, both online and in print.
  • Assisting HOS in executing marketing initiatives by monitoring, researching, and reporting on digital marketing efforts.
  • Support any additional tasks or duties as assigned by hospital management.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute design projects that align with marketing strategies.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities and patient demographics to plan marketing strategies.
  • Organize and participate in community events, heath fairs, and seminar to promote hospital services and build relationship.
  • Track key performance indicator (KPIs) for marketing campaign and provide regular reports to management.
  • Help in the preparation and monitoring of the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective strategies.
  • Respond to patient and corporate client enquiries about medical screening, wellness, and surgical packages via email, phone, and in-person consultations. Provide detailed information on package offerings and tailor responses based on client needs.
  • Continuously work to improve response times to enquiries, ensuring that all questions and concerns are addressed as quickly as possible. Implement tools or systems to automate or streamline the response process where possible.
  • Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies to promote the hospital’s service packages to corporate clients through presentations, meetings, and marketing materials.
