Job summary

A leading automotive company in Malaysia is looking for a Learning and Development Coordinator. The role involves managing learning partner relationships, overseeing training operations, and conducting onboarding sessions for new hires. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree, 2-4 years of experience in learning and development, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite along with skills in project management and stakeholder engagement. Job description
Responsibilities
  • Learning Partner Management & Coordination - Source, evaluate, and manage relationships with Learning Partners to ensure quality program delivery.
  • Learning Operations & Administration - Manage end-to-end learning operations from registrations to logistics, including venues, communications, materials, attendance, and LMS administration.
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Communication - Partner with business leaders and HR to understand learning needs, communicate opportunities, and gather post-training feedback to evaluate program effectiveness.
  • Monthly Onboardings Facilitation - Conduct monthly new hire onboarding sessions on company culture, policies, and values to ensure smooth integration of new employees through structured orientation programs.
  • HRDC management - Manage HRDC grant applications, claims, and compliance to maximise training funding opportunities and ensure adherence to HRDC requirements and guidelines.
  • Reporting & Analytics - Generate reports on training metrics, completion rates, and ROI while tracking budgets, analyzing learning data to identify trends, and maintaining records for audit and compliance.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in any field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in learning and development, HRDC management, and training coordination.
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems and e-learning platforms.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (i.e. Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI) and Canva.
