Job summary

Hong Leong Investment Bank – Damansara, Selangor

Implement manpower planning and recruitment activities:

Assist line managers to identify and hire candidates with the right set of competencies within acceptable time frame and work within the approved budget.

Follow through on recruitment matters i.e. placement of advertisement, sourcing and selection of candidates, preparation of offer packages, background checks and other administrative duties.

Update tracking databases for hiring status, new joiner, attrition and other staff movement.

Assist in HR reporting to Group, management, regulatory bodies and ensure all information are submitted accurately.

Assist in review of recruitment related policies and procedures to ensure its relevancy.

Participate in the implementation of HR initiatives and projects to help align the workforce with the organizational goals.

Job Requirements

Possess Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Development/ Management or any related discipline.

Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition function.

Good understanding of common HR practices.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).

Good command of written and spoken English.

Able to interact with people at all levels and work cohesively in a team with good communication and interpersonal skills.

Pleasant personality, proactive, self-motivated and able to multitask horizontally.
