Job summary

A dynamic HR firm in Malaysia is looking for an experienced HR Executive to assist with recruitment, employee records management, and ensure compliance with labour laws. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources and at least 2 years of relevant experience. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential, along with proficiency in MS Office and HR management software. Familiarity with Mandarin or Cantonese is an added advantage.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as HR Executive or similar role (2 years and above preferred).
  • Knowledge of HR policies, labour laws, and best practices.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Responsibilities

  • Organize and coordinate company activities such as team-building events, company trip, celebrations, and internal training and external meeting
  • Promote and facilitate CSR initiatives
  • Support performance management processes and organize appraisals
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies
  • Facilitate employee engagement initiatives and workplace activities
  • Address employee grievances and resolve workplace conflicts
  • Prepare HR reports and documentation as required
  • Support training and development programs
Qualifications
