To act as a strategic HR Business Partner to the Nursing Department, supporting workforce planning, talent acquisition, employee relations, engagement, and compliance.

Job Description
Talent Acquisition
  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for nursing and assigned roles.
  • Proactively build and maintain a talent pipeline, especially for nursing.
  • Oversee onboarding and induction to ensure smooth integration and early engagement of new hires.
Employee Relations & Industrial Relations
  • Manage day-to-day employee relations matters, particularly within the nursing workforce.
  • Support disciplinary processes, grievances, and employee separations in a fair and compliant manner.
  • Conduct exit interviews, analyse trends, and recommend retention and engagement initiatives.
Compliance
  • Manage and ensure timely renewal of Nursing Annual Practicing Certificates (APC) and maintain accurate records.
  • Ensure all employees meet regulatory, medical, and legal employment requirements.
  • Maintain updated Position Descriptions in collaboration with HODs.
  • Support HR audits and ensure proper documentation and record‑keeping.
HR Operations & Reporting
  • Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, HR databases, and reports.
  • Support continuous improvement of HR processes and systems.
Engagement
  • Support and implement employee engagement initiatives aligned with nursing workforce needs.
Key Competencies & Requirements
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of HR experience.
  • Experienced in end‑to‑end recruitment and employee relations.
  • Strong stakeholder management, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
