Job summary

A leading HR services provider is seeking a professional to execute and support HR administrative governance frameworks in Kuala Lumpur. You'll be responsible for maintaining governance documentation, conducting internal reviews, and analyzing KPI performance data to develop dashboards and reports. Ideal candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or HR Management and 1 to 4 years of experience in HR administration or governance. Strong analytical skills are essential for this role.

Qualifications

  • Strong data handling and analytical skills, including KPI tracking and performance reporting.

  • Execute and support HR Administrative governance frameworks, policies, and procedures, ensuring consistent application across functions.
  • Maintain, update, and control governance documentation, including version control and centralized repositories.
  • Conduct internal reviews and self-assessments to ensure compliance with governance standards, internal controls, and policies.
  • Collect, validate, and analyse KPI and performance data for HR administrative services, translating data into actionable insights.
  • Develop and maintain performance dashboards, reports, and management updates for senior stakeholders.
  • Support compliance, audit, and risk management activities, including preparation of audit documentation and tracking of follow-up actions.
  • Participate in process mapping, gap analysis, and process improvement initiatives, including automation and efficiency enhancements.
  • Coordinate and monitor administrative projects or workstreams, tracking timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Prepare accurate, timely, and standardized reports and presentations related to governance, performance, and compliance.
  • Engage internal stakeholders as a point of contact for governance-related matters, providing support, gathering feedback, and contributing to service improvements.
