This role involves managing documentation, logistics, and compliance tasks while ensuring effective coordination across departments. We are looking for a highly motivated Executive, General Administration to join our team at RHB Bank. In this role, you will support the Unit Head in managing day-to-day administrative operations for RHB Kawal. You will handle office administration, documentation, logistics, and compliance-related tasks while helping ensure smooth operations across the unit. This role plays an important part in maintaining proper governance, supporting personnel needs, and coordinating with internal stakeholders.
Support the Unit Head, General Administration in daily office administrative functions and operational needs.
Administer and maintain all documentation and filing systems for RHB Kawal.
Draft and prepare show cause letters for disciplinary matters.
Manage logistics and inventory for Kawal personnel.
Liaise and coordinate with Group Admin on office equipment serviceability, including processing payments for repairs, services, and parking fees.
Ensure sufficient top-up for Touch ‘n Go and Shell cards for vehicles.
Assist the Unit Head in preparing documents for gun license renewal for Carry and Use holders.
Ensure all Kawal personnel attend mandatory shooting practice and Certified Security Guards (CSG) training required by the Ministry of Home Affairs.
Conduct security vetting for new Kawal recruitment with the Ministry of Home Affairs (KDN).
Manage department stationery expenses, maintain stock control, and ensure availability for daily use.
Conduct security audits and risk assessments for high-risk branches and new branch openings.
Carry out any other duties assigned by Management.
Degree in administration, management, security, or related fields.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Experience in administrative operations, logistics coordination, or security-related support is an advantage.
Ability to manage documentation, compliance tasks, and cross-department coordination.
