What You'll Do
  • Operations Order Verification – Review and verify operational orders through the internal system to ensure accuracy and completeness and flag discrepancies or issues for further review by Finance PIC.
  • Balance Sheet Support – Assist in extracting and compiling long outstanding items from the Balance Sheet.
  • Reporting & Documentation – Prepare and maintain simple reports and working files to track verification progress.
  • General Support – Assist the Finance in ad‑hoc tasks related to reconciliation, verification, or reporting and coordinate with internal stakeholders when clarification on transactions or orders is needed.
What We're Looking For
  • Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and able to handle system‑based data extraction.
  • Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Good communication skills to liaise with internal stakeholders and external customers.
