Executive - Finance

You will play a vital role in ensuring financial integrity and operational efficiency by resolving invoice and goods receipt discrepancies, managing vendor payments, supporting treasury functions, and maintaining accurate financial records. Your expertise will drive timely transactions, support compliance, and contribute to smooth month‑end and year‑end closings—all while collaborating across teams and upholding our commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Address issues of non‑goods received (GR) / invoice received (IR), reconcile and resolve discrepancies arising due to price or quantity for PO postings, clear goods or services received clearing (GRC) accounts, and follow up on approvals for vendor invoice management (VIM) system. Coordinate and verify vendors’ payment proposals and runs with AP Shared Service Centre (SSC).
• Support treasury functions such as cash flow monitoring, bank reconciliations, and fund transfers. Ensure timely payment to vendors in accordance with payment terms by generating weekly immediate payments and any other ad‑hoc payments.
• Compile and issue non‑trade invoices and credit notes for cross charges to related parties and external third parties.
• Coordinate, compile and respond to various surveys from statutory bodies and any fixed/adhoc reports where required.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation in compliance with company policies and audit requirements.
• Assist in month‑end and year‑end closing activities.
• Perform additional responsibilities assigned by the supervisor from time to time.
