Job Description:

In this role, you will be responsible for:

Responsibilities
  • Support and coordinate maintenance, repair, and installation activities for machinery and facilities.
  • Assist in overseeing facilities operations to ensure efficiency and minimal downtime.
  • Coordinate with contractors and service providers, ensuring work is carried out safely and according to requirements.
  • Assist in planning maintenance schedules, tracking work progress, and monitoring costs.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records, reports, and documentation.
  • Monitor machinery, equipment, and spare parts inventory, and support replenishment activities when required.
  • Assist in handling facility-related issues, including coordination with vendors or internal teams for electrical, air conditioning, and other facility system breakdowns.
  • Support the implementation and execution of preventive maintenance programs to reduce unexpected downtime.
  • Maintain updated records of facility equipment, including service history, maintenance schedules, and warranties.
  • Assist in supervising servicing, inspection, and maintenance of building systems such as plumbing, fire safety, and electrical systems.
  • Conduct routine inspections to ensure premises are clean, safe, and in good working condition.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical Engineering).
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in facilities or maintenance roles.
  • Ability to support coordination with contractors, vendors, and relevant authorities when required.
  • Basic understanding or exposure to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 Management Systems.
  • Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written).
  • Experience in logistics, warehouse, or industrial environments is an added advantage.
