Executive/Engineer, Sales & Business Development

We’re looking for a passionate and driven Executive/Engineer to join our Sales & Business Development team! If you enjoy bridging strategy and execution, working cross-functionally, and making an impact on regional business growth—this role is for you.

What You’ll Be Doing:

1. Strategy Development

  • Be the key link between our local factory, regional HQ, and sales affiliates across Asia.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales & Distribution, Engineering, Marketing) to roll out business strategies and initiatives.

2. Sales Support

  • Support affiliates in launching new business plans and driving execution.
  • Develop product-based pricing benchmarks that achieve margin targets.
  • Monitor sales forecasts and inventory with timely, insightful reporting.

3. Market & Data Analysis

  • Conduct site research and gather valuable market insights to guide product development.
  • Dive into sales data to uncover trends and boost performance.
What We’re Looking For:
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Business, or a related field (Minimum CGPA 3.0 or Second-Class Upper).
