Job summary

The role involves managing e-Voucher systems, troubleshooting issues, compiling reports, and liaising with vendors. Job description
EXECUTIVE, E-VOUCHERS MANAGEMENT (SURIA KLCC)
Responsibilities
  • To manage e-Voucher systems and operations including but not limited to development, updates, upgrades, issues rectification, etc.
  • To manage e-Vouchers on the system including but not limited to voucher issuance, voiding, cancelling, checking of status, etc.
  • To manage daily troubleshoot and issues.
  • To compile and analyse reports monthly (reimbursement report, issuance report, total sales report, unutilised amount report).
  • To be the main liaison for the system, website and payment gateway vendors, tenant and finance.
  • To manage daily enquiries from shoppers and tenants.
  • To assist in tenant recruitment for participation, overall tenants’ management and support.
  • To assist in e-Voucher sales on website.
  • To assist in corporate e-Voucher sales and seek for collaborations with corporate partners.
  • To assist in develop and execute e-Voucher sales strategies and campaigns.
Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in related field such as IT and/or Marketing.
  • Possess good IT technical, analytical, planning and organization skills.
  • Must be accurate and detailed oriented besides having good problem solving skills.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Candidates with E-commerce or e-Vouchers redemption will be an added advantage.
