Job summary

A leading beverage company in Malaysia is seeking a logistics coordinator to manage the distribution of finished goods. Responsibilities include planning distribution routes, preparing shipping documents, and ensuring timely fulfillment of sales orders. Candidates should possess a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business or Economics, have SAP knowledge, and a positive, proactive attitude. This role offers regular working hours from Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years relevant working experience preferred, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Manage distribution of finished goods and schedule route planning.
• Prepare shipping documents accurately and timely.

Job description

Managing the distribution of finished goods by effectively schedule the route planning and shipment. Perform Delivery Plan and Booking Truck. Ensure all data keyed in, processed and updated correctly. Posting Daily Stock receiving from Production and generate invoices and Delivery notes accordingly.

Responsibilities

• Receive and issue finished goods as per company policy.
• Plan and execution of daily distribution plan.
• Preparation of shipping documents accurately on a timely basis.
• Ensure that all the outstanding sales orders are fulfilled on time in full.
• Posting of SAP transactions and documents accurately.
• Duty payment planning and preparation of documents.
• Preparation of KPI and other relevant reports.
• Coordination for amenities deliveries with stakeholders.
• Any other duties that are to be given from time to time.

Requirements

• With a Diploma/Bachelor degree in Business/Economics or equivalent.
• Preferably with 1-2 years relevant working experience.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Knowledge in SAP will be an added advantage.
