Job summary

A leading automotive company in Malaysia is looking for an Executive in Dealer Operations to act as a liaison between dealers and stockists. The role involves conducting audits, ensuring compliance with standards, and assisting dealers in enhancing their operations. Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, or Business Administration and possess good communication skills. Experience in automotive after sales is a plus.

Executive, Dealer Operations (After Sales)

Window person between dealer and stockist with HMSB in terms of standards, 5S, procedures, quality, system, and warranty issues.

Window person and main PIC between dealer for customers' complaint and communication form response.

Carry out audit and ensure all processes are complied.

Ensure all dealers adheres to the Standard Service implementation (SST) and other standard guidelines through monthly visit at Honda service dealers.

Assist dealers’ service operation on other related activities or campaigns to boost up dealers' business opportunity.

Monitoring dealers' efficiency and productivity such as manpower and dealers' bay & hoist.

Guide Service Managers in terms of Why analysis, review PDCA and setting Action Plan.

Coach dealer staff on day-to-day processes and handling customers’ complaints.

Monitor achievement by monthly and forecast accumulative performance.

Assist dealer in achieving target and ensure all direction or activities are conducted accordingly.

Guide & motivate dealers to understand & comply with HMSB policies.

Issue Non-Compliance Report (NCR) for recurring issues.

Sustain harmonious working relationship among dealers' care.

Perform related duties as assigned or as the situation dictates.

Conduct and prepare Aftersales Operation Meeting and Zonal Meeting based on respective region.

Ensure all approved project to be implemented at nationwide dealer within timeline

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing / Business Administration or equivalent.

Fresh graduate or relevant experience in Automotive After Sales Operation will be an added advantage.

Candidate must possess good communication skills.

Candidate must be proactive and self-motivated.

Candidate able to enforce HMSB standards and guidelines to the dealers.
