A leading insurance company in Kuala Lumpur seeks a Customer Service Executive to handle customer inquiries and provide insurance solutions. Candidates should have a degree or diploma with 1-2 years of relevant experience or be fresh graduates. Strong English communication and interpersonal skills are essential. The role offers various benefits, including medical support, education assistance, and a hybrid working model depending on the role's nature.
Attend to all manner of customers’ queries, purchase and renew of insurance.
Ensure all requests from customers are attended within the Service Level set by the company.
Provide insurance quotation and policy to customers.
Assist Departmental Head in handling customer’s feedback.
Degree / Diploma holder in any discipline.
1 - 2 years of working experience. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Good command in English communication both in written and verbal.
Good communication, interpersonal and people management skills.
Good knowledge in MS Office applications.
