DXN Holdings Bhd is a listed investment holding and the management company of DXN Group. The group is engaged in the sale of health-oriented and wellness consumer products through a direct selling model and operates a vertically integrated production chain covering research, cultivation, manufacturing and distribution.

The position is based at Cyberville, Malaysia.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate governance and compliance matters between the company, external regulatory agencies, and internal departments, ensuring adherence to industrial regulations, statutory requirements, and corporate governance standards.
  • Liaise with authorities such as LHDN, Customs, MIDA, and SSM on regulatory compliance, tax incentives, and governance requirements.
  • Identify and explore potential tax incentive opportunities, prepare applications, secure approvals, and ensure compliance throughout the statutory period.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate efficient communication, documentation, and implementation of governance and compliance initiatives.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in government liaison, tax incentives management, corporate governance, or related administrative roles.
  • Prior experience liaising with regulatory bodies such as LHDN, Customs, MIDA, or SSM is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with compliance frameworks, corporate reporting, or audit coordination is an added advantage.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Law, or a related discipline.
  • Additional certification in Corporate Governance, Compliance, or Taxation is an advantage.
