Job description

We are looking for an Executive, Corporate Resources who is responsible for the performance of a variety of day-to-day duties categorized by finance and administrative support. In addition, to coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance to company policies.

Responsibilities
  • Provide office administrative and facilities management support
  • Maintenance of effective administrative and filing system
  • Administer office and pantry supply management and inventory control
  • Monitor cash flow, accounts , and other financial transactions to promote cost saving initiatives
  • Prepare reports on monthly, adhoc and annual basis
  • Ensure creditors' payment are timely
  • Calculate, prepare and issue documents related to accounts
  • Check and reconcile transactions such as account payable and account receivable, purchase order, cheques, invoices and bank statement, etc
  • Maintain a policy manual for the finance function
  • Perform any other duties and responsibilities that assigned by the Line Manager or Management from time to time.
Requirements
  • Candidates must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia.
  • No work experience required. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Well verse in Microsoft office applications such as MS Word, MS Excel, Powerpoint, etc
  • Able to work well under pressure and meet set deadlines
  • Good organizational, time management and prioritizing skills
  • Attention to detail in all areas of work
  • Responsible, self-motivated, self-disciplined, resourceful, proactive and positive working attitude
  • Preferably Entry Level specialized in finance and administration support or equivalent.
