A leading entertainment service provider in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a skilled individual for the role of Concession Manager. In this position, you will assist in daily concession operations, ensuring smooth service and quality products. You'll initiate promotional activities to enhance sales, conduct regular inspections for compliance, and manage inventory effectively. The ideal candidate should have strong customer service skills and a solid understanding of health and safety guidelines. This is an on-site role that guarantees a dynamic working environment.
Assist in the daily management of concession operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
Monitor and maintain the quality of products and services provided at the concession stand.
Initiate promotional activities and sales initiatives to increase concession sales.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure that the concession area adheres to cleanliness and safety protocols.
Coordinate with vendors, partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient concession processes.
Monitor operational performance to identify areas of improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
Meet or exceed sales targets by ensuring efficient operation and promoting items.
Monitor stock levels and assist with cinema team, including ordering supplies and restocking as needed.
Conduct regular stock checks at least once in two month and ensure stock card tally with physical stock.
Ensure the availability and functionality of all resources and supplies for operational activities.
Analyze sales data and financial reports to identify trends and areas for optimization.
Prepare and maintain reports related to concession operations, inventory, and other key metrics.
Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth collaboration and alignment.
Minimize food waste and product spoilage by closely monitoring the stock and ensuring proper storage of items.
Address customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns following company standard policy.
Ensure that staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive to customer needs.
Ensure staff aware for all promotion made by Concession.
Maintain staff productivity and provide feedback for improvement.
Provide training to staff to make sure all staff is update for any changes
Ensure all health and safety guidelines related to food handling, hygiene, and cleanliness are followed at all times.
Ensure compliance with local regulations regarding food safety and sanitation.
Conduct regular checks to ensure that equipment (e.g., popcorn machines, ice maker, air fryer) is in good working condition.
