About You:

Carsome is seeking a talented and experienced Executive, Business Development. We require a self-motivated individual with strong communication and negotiation skills to prospect New Car Dealers (NCD). Your responsibilities will include achieving sales targets set by your team, collaborating with partners to generate leads, and developing clear strategies to meet sales objectives.

Your Day-To-Day :

  • Contact new car dealers (NCD) interested in used cars disposal.
  • Service and recruit new and existing car dealers to explore business opportunities.
  • Analyze and provide feedback on used car pricing requests from dealers.
  • Assist with car inspection appointments upon dealer requests.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance sales efficiency and increase revenue.
  • Collaborate with related departments and adhere to standards.
  • Set sales objectives and create action plans to achieve targets.

Your Know-How :

  • At least a High Secondary, STPM, A-Level, Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in any field.
  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience or strong connections within the car industry.
  • Willing to travel.
  • Valid Driving License and own transportation.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Experience in the car industry is an advantage.
  • A proactive "go-getter" attitude is essential; responsibility and initiative are expected.
