Executive Assistant to the Leadership Team

Cube Value is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our senior leadership. You won't just be managing calendars; you will be the backbone of our administrative operations, ensuring our executives can focus on scaling Bisync Cloud. This role is ideal for someone who is a "problem solver" and enjoys a high-energy, tech-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Management: Coordinate complex calendars, schedule internal/external meetings, and manage travel arrangements.
  • Communication Gatekeeper: Act as the primary point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders (clients, vendors, and partners).
  • Documentation & Reporting: Prepare meeting agendas, take concise minutes, and assist in drafting business proposals or company announcements.
  • Project Tracking: Monitor the progress of key tasks and follow up with department heads to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Office Coordination: Liaise with Menara LGB management for facility needs and assist in organizing team-building events or client visits.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of experience in an EA or Personal Assistant role, preferably within a tech or corporate environment.
  • Technical Skills: High proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and Google Workspace. Experience with CRM or ERP software is a plus.
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional organizational skills, discretion with confidential information, and a "can-do" attitude.
  • Language: Excellent command of written and spoken English. Proficiency in Mandarin or Bahasa Malaysia is highly regarded.
  • Education: Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
