Job summary

Job description

Provide full executive support to the Group COO, including managing calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and follow-ups.

Handle all communication and correspondence professionally, acting as the main liaison for internal teams and external stakeholders.

Prepare accurate reports, presentations, proposals, and documents using strong computer and IT skills.

Manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Work independently with initiative and good judgment to support day-to-day and strategic tasks of the Group COO.

Assist in setting up and coordinating the training session with HR, including planning training structures and materials.

Support and monitor training implementation across outlets to ensure staff competency and consistent standards.

Conduct outlet and branch visits to supervise operations, review SOP compliance, and identify improvement areas.

Support the Group COO in monitoring outlet performance, preparing performance reports, and following up on action plans to improve results and income.

Represent the Group COO with strong PR skills and excellent communication, maintaining a professional, dynamic, and results-oriented work approach.

Job Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.

2–5 years of experience in administrative, operations, or executive assistant roles.

Strong understanding of basic business operations, SOPs, and workflow coordination.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other digital productivity tools.

Excellent communication skills (written and spoken) with strong interpersonal abilities.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Able to work independently, take initiative, and support senior management professionally.

Strong sense of responsibility with the ability to always maintain confidentiality.

Willing to travel for meetings, outlet visits, operational checks, or training-related work when required.
