Job summary

A leading heavy lifting company in Malaysia is seeking an Executive Assistant to support their Director’s Office. The ideal candidate will provide high-level administrative support, manage schedules, and coordinate communications with internal and external stakeholders. Applicants should possess a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration and have 3-5 years of experience as a Secretary or Personal Assistant. What You’ll Do

Provide high-level secretarial and administrative support to senior management

Manage schedules, meetings, travel arrangements and correspondence

Prepare, review and organize reports, presentations and confidential documents which include official correspondences, quotations, proposals and other related documentation as required

Act as the key liaison between executives, internal teams and external stakeholders

Handle office communications professionally and maintain strict confidentiality

Support in coordinating company events, board meetings and any special projects for the growth of the company

What We’re Looking For

Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies or equivalent

Minimum 3–5 years’ experience as a Secretary/Personal Assistant, preferably in corporate or engineering industries. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply too.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Melayu, English and Mandarin (proficiency in Mandarin is required to liaise and correspond with Mandarin-speaking clients).

Strong organizational and ability to multitask and prioritize daily task with attention to detail

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Professional, discreet, reliable and able to handle sensitive information with integrity
