Job description

Host social media content, mall tours, and interviews. You must be confident and comfortable appearing on camera.

Plan, create, and post high-quality digital content (5 videos/reels and daily static posts) across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and X.

Monitor engagement, respond to customer inquiries professionally, and stay ahead of latest social media trends.

2. Events & Ground Support

Assist in the end-to-end setup and dismantling of mall events, including stage/seating arrangements and equipment inventory.

Oversee live events to ensure everything runs smoothly and resolve any issues regarding facilities or parking logistics.

Assist in leasing out promotional and advertising spaces to meet monthly income targets.

Drive tenant sales through seasonal campaigns (Ramadan, Back-to-School, Year-End Sales) and effective marketing strategies to increase footfall.

Handle inquiries, prepare Letters of Offer, and coordinate with the Finance Department for invoicing and payment collection.

4. Public Relations & Administration

Build rapport with tenants, event organizers, media, and government agencies.

Manage filing, asset inventories, and customer feedback in accordance with PREC’s departmental standards.

Requirements

Possess at least a Diploma with 1 year of working experience in content creation, social media, and video production.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Experience in coordinating events and promotional activities (preferably in the shopping mall industry) is an added advantage.

Proficient in creative software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Canva, and CapCut.

Knowledge of AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, AI Video Generators) and general MS Office.

Strong skills in photo/video editing and graphic design.

Resourceful, creative, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Willing to work long hours, weekends, and public holidays depending on the event schedule.

Possess high physical stamina and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
