Executive Support: Manage the Director's schedule, appointments, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination with accuracy and confidentiality.

Strategic Exposure: Collaborate with the Director on business planning, key projects, and operational oversight, gaining insight into decision-making and strategic execution.

Project & Task Management: Track project progress, follow up on assigned tasks, and ensure timelines and objectives are met.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Liaise with internal departments (Tutor, HR, Finance, Marketing, Administrative) and external stakeholders to align operational and strategic goals.

Communication & Liaison: Serve as the primary contact between the Director, staff, students, and partners—managing correspondence, calls, and emails professionally.

Reporting & Documentation: Prepare reports, presentations, briefing notes, meeting minutes, and documents required for operational or board reviews.

Data Collection & Research: Conduct background research, compile data, and prepare analyses to support informed decision-making.

Event & Program Support: Assist in planning, organizing, and executing institutional events, training sessions, and strategic initiatives.

Leadership Development: Participate in special projects or assignments to develop leadership and managerial capabilities.

Ad-Hoc Support: Undertake any other duties or assignments as required by the Director or management.
