Job summary

A growing company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant / Executive to support activities such as billing processes and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have a minimum diploma, 2 years of relevant experience, and be proficient in SQL and Excel. Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia are also essential for success in this dynamic environment. Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of working experience, preferably in a service industry.
  • Experience in tender preparation will be considered a valuable added advantage.
  • Good spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

  • Manage billing processes, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate records.
  • Prepare and present monthly financial reports to management.
  • Coordinate and monitor all communications, including Director calendars and appointments.
