You are

You will

• Lead your team composed of Sound and Light Technicians, DJs, artists, etc., developing and guiding them to enhance their skills.
• Be the conductor of all ambiance projects, build and manage their programming.
• Embody, in the eyes of the guests and staff, a service in line with Club Med's values.
• Identify the means and tools necessary for project implementation and establish the required budgets.
• Ensure the events are highlighted with communication materials and effectively broadcasted to clients.
• Be the privileged contact for guests for any event-related questions.
• Measure the impact of the event and make proposals for adjustments in the future.
• Ensure compliance and safety of events, following Club Med procedures and local regulations.
• Conduct a diagnostic at the opening of the facilities (spaces, equipment, and available resources) and ensure control.
• Guarantee the reception, setup, and integration of G.Os and artists within your department.
