What You’ll Be Doing
  • Work closely with clients to understand event objectives and deliver results.
  • Assist in event planning, execution, and reporting (pre‑event, on‑site, and post‑event).
  • Source and coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and partners for event and activation needs.
  • Oversee on‑site operations and ensure smooth execution.
  • Manage timelines, suppliers, and overall coordination.
  • Keep clients updated proactively, not only when they ask.
  • Flag potential issues early and work with the team to resolve them.
  • Help with basic documentation, checklists, and post‑event follow‑ups.
  • Take ownership of your assigned tasks and see things through. Details matter.
Salary & Growth
  • Starting salary range: RM2,800 – RM4,000 + allowance (depending on experience and role fit)
  • Candidates with relevant experience may be offered at the higher end of the range.
  • Salary will be reviewed and adjusted as your skills and responsibility grow. No need to wait for a fixed yearly cycle.
