We are an established event decorating company seeking an experienced Project Manager / Project Coordinator to join us. This role is ideal for a highly organized individual with strong event execution and client‑servicing experience who can manage multiple stakeholders and deliver events seamlessly from planning through to on‑site execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, managing communications, expectations, and timelines throughout the project lifecycle
  • Coordinate and manage event projects from initial briefing to post‑event wrap‑up
  • Work closely with internal design, production, and operations teams to ensure concepts are executed as planned
  • Prepare and manage project timelines, run‑downs, schedules, and site coordination
  • Liaise with vendors, suppliers, venues, and third‑party partners to ensure smooth execution
  • Conduct site visits, technical walk‑throughs, and oversee on‑site setup, execution, and dismantling
  • Monitor budgets, quotations, variations, and ensure cost control where required
  • Identify potential issues early and provide effective problem‑solving solutions on site
  • Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and align with client expectations
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years experience in event management, event coordination, or event production
  • Prior experience in event decorating, styling, or production is highly preferred
  • Strong client servicing skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders professionally
  • Floral knowledge or a background in floristry / floral styling is a strong plus, especially for events involving floral installations
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
  • Able to work under pressure and adapt to fast‑paced, live event environments
  • Self‑driven, responsible, and able to work independently on a project basis
  • Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and event days
